Another similar product to Subliminal Messenger is Subliminal Flash. This is different in that there are no slow affirmations over the subliminal ones so you tend to get a very quick flash across your screen which you can place upper, centre or bottom of screen. I personally found this a bit annoying but its got a trial

This is a cute little program which you download quickly and easily onto desktop. I like the fact it has a free trial version .

once it is on your desktop you can choose which subliminal messages you want flashing across your screen (at the quickest 10 millisecond rate the flashes are almost invisible).
The editing function of the subliminal messages allows you to add or delete subliminal messages to different catergories.
It has catagories such as prosperity, health, stop smoking, lose weight,health,winning, motivation, etc., and under all these categories the subliminal messages can be viewed. i think its worth getting the trial version just to see the all the wonderful affirmations they have included in the categories.
My favourite was the rejuvenation category which has sayings like “I sparkle with vitality” , “ I feel young”, “I am living life to the full” which I found really nice happy -making sayings.
I added a few of my own to this one including “I feel young and think youthful thoughts” and had lots of fun thinking up others.
It was easy to add them as its a one click process go to edit and type in your own sayings.
One of the odder categories was “Better Driving”!!! I would never have thought of that one 
,however ,it had some really good ideas such as “I am aware of other drivers”,” I concentrate well “and so on.
They have a bonus “personality test” included in the trial version as well as a brain wave stimulator sound track.
