There are two main ways to use subliminal messages to propel you forward into the life you really want and desire.
1. Using written messages flashed at you:
The first way is to use the written word in the form of a present tense affirmation flashed at subliminal levels:

2.The second main way is to use visual imaging usually presented in slower pictures changing and underneath commands and faster images.
I have been using a prosperity one called 5k per day subliminal
money messages video and personally i am feeling motivated in a way that I havent felt before.
Usually my attitude has been that I just give -up with a feeeling that I just can’t seem to make enough money but for the last week that I have been doing it I have felt relaly like just persisting and sort of powering through that feeeling.
I have decided that the visual images must be what works the best on me as I have done some of the subliminal affirmations that are just written and although they have some effect they just arent as powerful somehow for me.
For example there is one picture in the 5k per day subliminal money video that has a picture of a birds nest with a golden egg inside it. Well, when I saw that picture I felt this real happiness , like thats what I really want, it just really hit the nail on the head for me.
Also another one that made me ‘happy’ (lol ) was one picture that had a model house on top of heaps and heaps and heaps of money. I just felt happy seeing that!!
